Introduction

1.2..FIT!, operated by Book & Ear Ventures S.L. incorporated in Spain. It is an online coaching service specializing in nutrition and personal training. This 12-week intensive program covers personal online fitness training with video classes, nutrition planning with licensed specialists, and online coaching through follow-up calls and direct messaging.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the 1.2..FIT! service, users agree to comply with and be bound by these terms of service.

Service Usage

1.2..FIT! offers non-medical services. We do not have any medical licenses, and users should consult with professionals for medical advice.

Payment

The 12-week program of this service offers two payment schemes:

– A single upfront payment covering the entire service.

– Three fractionated payments, paid on a monthly basis.

Payments are processed online via credit cards through Stripe.

 

Refund Policy

A 100% refund is guaranteed for users who request an unconditional refund within the first two weeks of the program.

At the end of the 12-week program, users can request a refund based on sub-par results. Refunds in this context are given if the user has reasonably adhered to both the nutrition and fitness training aspects of the program.

 

Governing Law and Courts

Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or the service will be governed by the laws of Madrid, Spain.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

Data Collection

For sales and marketing purposes, we collect data such as name, age, email address, phone number, and certain physical and health condition details from potential customers when they schedule a video call.

For service delivery, we gather measurements of weight, height, photos, and customer feedback.

 

Data Use and Sharing

All collected data is stored internally on Google Drive with restricted access. We share certain data with freelance partners, including franchisees, nutrition specialists, and online coaches, to provide our service. Data sharing is transparent to the customer.

 

External Partners

We collaborate, and share date with with:

– Stripe for payment processing.

– Calendly for call scheduling.

– Meta (Instagram / Facebook / Whatsapp) for marketing and sales.

– Google for video calls, emailing, data storage, marketing and sales.

 

User Rights

COOKIE POLICY
